Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-23
Diablo Technology Services (“Diablo,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what data our website collects, who processes it on our behalf, and how to reach us about it.
1. What we collect directly
Nothing through this website. The site has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account creation, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. We do not set cookies.
2. Data collected by services we use
2.1 Azure Static Web Apps (Microsoft) — hosting
Our site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Microsoft logs standard HTTP request data — IP address, user-agent, URL, timestamp — as part of delivering and operating the service. Microsoft acts as our processor for this data.
For Microsoft’s own privacy practices, see Microsoft’s privacy statement.
2.2 Microsoft Bookings — scheduling a call
When you click “Book Intro” you are taken to a Microsoft Bookings page hosted by Microsoft. If you complete a booking, the following information is collected: your name, email address, phone number, any message you provide, and your chosen appointment time. Microsoft acts as our processor for this data; it is stored in our Microsoft 365 tenant and is not shared with any other third party.
We use this data only to confirm your booking, send reminders, and prepare for and hold the intro call you requested. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
For Microsoft’s own privacy practices governing the Bookings service, see Microsoft’s privacy statement.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics, pixels, or advertising trackers. Microsoft’s Bookings and Azure services may set their own operational cookies on their own pages; those are outside our control and described in Microsoft’s privacy documentation.
4. Data retention
Booking-related personal data is kept while we’re actively discussing or engaged with you, and afterward only as required by business record-keeping or law. You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email info@diablotechnologyservices.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe; we reserve the right to verify your identity before acting on a request.
